In an innovative collaboration with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County and the Serving Cup in Raleigh, LSC is providing save, affordable housing for nine low-income adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Built by Habitat for Humanity, these homes are being operated by LSC, with residents paying an affordable monthly fee for housing and services. This groundbreaking partnership has the potential to serve as a state and national model of collaboration.
