Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) is pleased to announce Emily Dubay as its new Director of Development.
She has 14 years of experience in human services and Lutheran fundraising across Illinois and North Carolina. Emily became a part of LSC’s Development Team in 2019.
“LSC is fortunate to have a professional of Emily Dubay’s ability already on the team and ready to advance,” said LSC President and CEO Ted Goins. “Emily has a great rapport with everyone she touches, and she tells our LSC story so well.”

Dubay graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and went on to earn her Master of Social Work degree at the University of South Carolina.
Before coming to LSC, Dubay is proud to have been a part of the Campaign for the ELCA: Always Being Made New team that collectively raise more than $115,000,000 for ELCA World Hunger projects in the US and internationally.

Dubay lives in Mooresville, NC with her husband, Dan and two sons; Will and Brooks. They are members of St. Mark’s Lutheran in Mooresville.
“Putting my time and energy towards something that can improve someone else’s life, is meaningful and exciting to me,” she said. “Having the opportunity to build relationships while connecting resources to a community need doesn’t feel like work to me, it’s a privilege! I’m look forward to all that is ahead with LSC!”
