Trinity at Home, which offers home care and care management service in Rowan County and the surrounding areas, celebrated its 5th anniversary this year with team members who have been a part of it since the beginning.
Five caregivers were recognized for their dedication over the last 5 years and presented with gifts for their service. Those caregivers are Carmen Horn, Charlotte Morgan, Stephanie Husers, Josephine Houston and Dawn Campbell.
“We’ve had a wonderful 5 years, we’ve seen a lot of growth,” Teresa Dakins, community outreach coordinator for Trinity at Home, told the caregivers. “What started out as a service for residents here at Trinity Oaks grew as a service for our community, and we’ve done very well.”
Dakins said when she started, the agency had 13 clients and about 10 caregivers. It now serves over 70 clients and employs 55 caregivers.
“You are the backbone of the business,” Agency Director Chandra Upright added. “It’s through your hard work that we exist. The good care you give out in the community, makes the company grow.”
Based on the campus at Trinity Oaks in Salisbury, North Carolina, Trinity at Home offers personal care and support services that allow older adults and others who may need care to stay comfortably in their own homes.
